Small or simple shaped characters, animals, pets are treated as props and do not count as additional characters (small animals like chickens, cats, snakes, and fantasy creatures)

Large props that are almost entirely out of frame or mostly obfuscated will be charged for on a case-by-case basis.Alternate Versions
Alternate versions with changed backgrounds, overlays, or patterns are free

I ask to be informed before the end of the sketch phase (and preferably before sketching) that an alternate version is requested, as it may require planning ahead.

After all details have been talked over, I will start on rough sketches (usually 1-3). When one is chosen, I will then send an invoice and begin refining the sketch. After payment is received, I will show the refined sketch and we will proceed. I tend to make progress updates every 1-3 days (during busy times I may update only once a week), but you can ask for an update at any time.

β¦ All prices are in USD.
β¦ Payment is taken in full up-front and through Paypal only.
- Orders over $100 can be paid half up front, half before receiving full resolution work.
β¦ I will send an invoice to your provided email.
β¦ I work in the order I receive payments (queue link can be found on my Carrd home page).NOTE
β¦ You must provide at least one digital, full color reference of a preexisting character.
β¦ I may turn down a request if the character or scene is too complex or if Iβm not confident I will be able to give you a satisfactory finished product.
β¦ I can simplify characters with complex markings/outfits if you would like to avoid an upcharge.
β¦ I may adjust my artstyle to better match the character reference given; if you prefer a particular style or proportions please tell me before the end of the sketch phase.
β¦ I am willing to make changes along the way, but large changes requested post approval of the sketch will cost $5 each, unless it is a mistake on my part (i.e. drastic pose alterations, large changes to the face or head position, clothing, etc.).
β¦ I use reasonable judgment when deciding what I will charge for, so never be afraid to ask!
β¦ I am willing to correct small mistakes any time after completion!CONDUCT
β¦ If at any time I feel you are being disrespectful, I reserve the right to deny service, give a partial refund, and blacklist you.
β¦ I donβt haggle. I may be able to work with a budget if need be.

β¦ If I find that I am unable to complete your request for whatever reason I will give a complete refund.
β¦ You pay for what I give you before you withdraw. If the sketch has already been completed and approved before backing out you will pay for a sketch.
β¦ If it is an emergency and you urgently need the funds I am willing to work with you.
β¦ You will still receive a .png of the incomplete piece.USAGE
β¦ Upon completion, you will receive a full-resolution .png through whatever means you prefer (I default to email).
β¦ I reserve the right to post process images and the final product or use it as a commission example (unless otherwise requested).
β¦ You may repost, make slight alterations, use the image as icons or banners, use the image as a device background, and create physical copies for personal use.
β¦ You may not sell the artwork as prints, designs, or digital copies.
