By commissioning me you acknowledge you have read and agreed to my Terms of ServicePAYMENT
✦ You must be at least 16 years old to request sfw work, 18 years to request nsfw/suggestive work.
✦ Payment is taken in full upfront, through Paypal only.
- Orders over $100 can be paid half up front, half before client receives finalized work.
✦ All prices are in USD.
✦ I will send an invoice to your provided email.
✦ I work in the order I receive payments (queue link can be found on home page).NOTE
✦ You must provide at least one digital, full color reference of the character.
✦ I may turn down your request if the character is too detailed or if I’m not confident I will be able to give you a satisfactory finished product.
✦ I can simplify characters with complex markings/outfits if you would like to avoid an upcharge.
✦ My art style can change based on the character, so if you would like a particular style please tell me before I start working.
✦ I am willing to make changes along the way, but large changes requested post approval of the sketch will cost $5 each, unless it is a mistake on my part. (Large changes may include drastic pose alterations, large changes to the face or head placement, clothing, etc.)
✦ I use reasonable judgment when deciding what I will charge for, so never be afraid to ask!
✦ I am willing to correct small mistakes after completion! Don't be afraid to ask.CONDUCT
✦ If at any time I feel you are being disrespectful, I reserve the right to deny service, give a partial refund, and blacklist you.
✦ I don’t haggle, I may be able to work with a budget if need be.
✦ If you are underage and persistently request suggestive/ nsfw artwork I will block you.REFUNDS
✦ If I find that I am unable to complete your request for whatever reason, I will give a complete refund.
✦ You pay for what I give you before you withdraw. If the sketch has already been completed and approved before backing out you will pay for a sketch.
✦ If it is an emergency and you urgently need the funds I am willing to work with you.
✦ You will still receive a png of the incomplete piece, unless you withdrew in the sketch stage.
✦ If you withdraw before the lining stage I may repurpose the sketch/ pose for another client, or for myself in the future.USAGE
✦ Upon completion, you will receive a full-resolution png through whatever means you prefer.
✦ I reserve the right to post process images and the final product or use it as a commission example (unless otherwise requested).
✦ You may repost, make slight alterations, use the image as icons or banners, use the image as a device background, and create physical copies for personal use.
✦ You may not sell the artwork as prints, designs, or digital copies.
